I was rather rudely shaken out of that reverie. I don't care for the manner, remain unconvinced it was necessary (and that wasn't the intent regardless, so it's worthless as an excuse) but there's no denying it was effective. I may be a little more irritable and less patient these days, but I'm no doormat and no treasure hunter any longer. I don't believe people change at a core level without divine intervention, but they can shed the garbage they let separate them from achieving their full stature. Wow, I only know one other person who can suck the fun out of a thread this fast (and he's working on it.... ) This wasn't intended as a long psychological excursion, just to plug a funny comic and a tongue in cheek "awww" at one of the authors fiancees. Definitely time to go back to bed.
