And we start paying attention by March (which is still pushing it; without looking at mock drafts, scouting reports and combine numbers how do you know which almost Heisman winner to draft...? )

i mean, the *TRUE* fan will of course pay attention year round, but they won't see a whole lot of things on TV during the off-season. they call it the off-season for a reason you know....
