protein DOES provide some energy, and the "weight loss" comes from the digestion of your body's stored protein.

As for the Paleolithic Diet, except for the bits I mentioned, it's pretty much how I eat ANYWAYS. With the exception of my soda and alcohol consumption :P But i could live without them.


That is just... not enough energy. Unless you're guzzling meat.

Don't give up soda and alcohol! They are yummy. :(
