With the leader of that country stating that the "suspects" would undoubtedly be convicted and executed, wouldn't we condemn it as a mock trial and a miscarriage of justice? I mean, if we're giving them the full benefits of a criminal trial, why doesn't "innocent until proven guilty" matter anymore?
