What if your favorite type of food to eat? Not talking cuisine or specific dish here, but what general flavor/texture profile just makes you drool all over the table?
Savoury things, of any texture except slimy

What is your favorite cheese? Anyone who says "American" will be put out of their misery.
All of it. I am dangerously cheese-obsessed. The stinkier the better.
Do you eat any foods that are highly atypical of your region/culture? If so, give some examples.
Nein.
Do you ever eat something just because you have no idea what it is but totally want to find out? I'm not referring to food on the floor.
Nope. I'm not putting anything in my mouth if I don't know what it is.
What is your favorite cut/form/type of meat? Vegetarians, you can put your favorite protein source

I like very slow-cooked roasts on the bone. Mmmm. I did a lamb shoulder a few weeks ago that was beyond awesome.
What is your favorite vegetable? Fruit?
I think peppers, and raspberries.
Are you a chocolate person?
I like it a lot, but I prefer cheese.
Beer, wine, or the hard stuff?
All of it! Guinness, gin, Chablis and big chewy red wines pour moi.
Favorite international cuisine?
Chinese

Are there any foods you're a total picky elitist about?
Cheese

What is your guilty "omigod this is so bad for me" pleasure?
Kebabs at four in the morning

Do you, in fact, truly love food?
You have no idea. I love cooking it, shopping for it and eating it. No wonder I'm tubby.

Would be nowhere near as good as the premade béchamel if I did, though.
