Firstly, mustard is gross.
Secondly, you left out the method of preparation which seems to involve letting it spoil in the sun for year and then refrigerating it in a moldy colostomy bag.
strange method of preparation. I generally take a fork and beat the ingredients together, adding the oil slowly. But okay, it does sound gross when you say it like that.
