1 - Which teams / players do you sports hate?
Teams: San Francisco Giants, New York Yankees, Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins. Players: John Elway, Barry Bonds.
2 - Why?
Giants and Yankees: I'm a Dodger fan, it's in my DNA. Broncos: I'm a Raider fan and when I started paying attention to football, they were the Raiders' main rival. Dolphins: My brother's team and I didn't get along with my brother at the time. Elway: The AFC Championship against the Browns which included The Drive. Bonds: He was a Pirate, when last they were good, and I've always liked the Pirates, then he went to S.F. Just pissed me off.
3 - How do you react when someone else sports hates on your team?
Being a Raiders fan, I get this a lot. Mostly I don't understand why most people hate the Raiders. But I'm inured to it now.
4 - Have you like the author of the article found a reason to give up your sports hate?
No. That would be silly. If Elway got Lou Gehrig's disease, I would still hate him.
5 - Is there a player or team you sports love? (This team player can do nothing wrong, ever, you will defend them with your dying breath, etc., etc.)
