What if your favorite type of food to eat? Not talking cuisine or specific dish here, but what general flavor/texture profile just makes you drool all over the table?
Mm, maybe a soft texture (think stuffing or mashed potatoes) with that sort of savory taste.
What is your favorite cheese? Anyone who says "American" will be put out of their misery.
You want me to pick one cheese. Heathen.
Do you eat any foods that are highly atypical of your region/culture? If so, give some examples.
I eat plenty of Italian/Mediterranean food. I am not even remotely Italian, though I could be proven that I am almost everything else from Europe.
Do you ever eat something just because you have no idea what it is but totally want to find out? I'm not referring to food on the floor.
Yes. I like to try to cook with new things. I hadn't had eggplant until a week ago, so I bought one and followed a recipe. Twas nice.
What is your favorite cut/form/type of meat? Vegetarians, you can put your favorite protein source
Um, maybe chicken. It goes well in so many different situations. On taste alone, I might say duck.
What is your favorite vegetable? Fruit?
Probably onion. I know that's weird, but I use it for everything. Fruit is probably a ripe peach.
Are you a chocolate person?
YES
Beer, wine, or the hard stuff?
I prefer the first two.
Favorite international cuisine?
Possibly Moroccan. Very interesting and different. Maybe Thai, same reason.
Are there any foods you're a total picky elitist about?
Yes. Cheese for one. Nice vegetables that haven't been cooked to death for another. No big nasty chunks of fat on meat.
What is your guilty "omigod this is so bad for me" pleasure?
Brownies. Cheesecake. Potatoes.
Do you, in fact, truly love food?
Yes. This would be the reason for the flubber.
That's all for now I could do more, but it was getting kinda long ^_^
Lazy girl.

Would be nowhere near as good as the premade béchamel if I did, though. *NM*
