I love food. So I'm going to make a survey about food.
What if your favorite type of food to eat? Not talking cuisine or specific dish here, but what general flavor/texture profile just makes you drool all over the table?
There are to many yummy flavors for me to say I have a "favorite" though I am a Pepper-Monkey.
As for texture, creamy with bits of crunchy thrown in.
What is your favorite cheese? Anyone who says "American" will be put out of their misery.
Cabot Cheddar...no wait! Imported Swiss, like a Jarlsberg, Emmentaler or Gruyère...no wait! Smoked Gouda...No wait! A creamy Brie... No wait! I can't say I have a favorite.
Do you eat any foods that are highly atypical of your region/culture? If so, give some examples.
None that I can think of.
Do you ever eat something just because you have no idea what it is but totally want to find out? I'm not referring to food on the floor.
I've done that many times, usually with fresh fruits and veggies but also with ethnic cuisines.
Does it count if you know what it is but are just curious about it? Once I was someplace were totally fresh lobster was available and I'd always wanted to try it so...lobster it was.
You know what? I'm allergic to seafood.
The lobster was delicious and it made me sick.
What is your favorite cut/form/type of meat? Vegetarians, you can put your favorite protein source
Garbanzo Beans! Looooooooooove them!
What is your favorite vegetable? Fruit?
Damn it Gaylen! Your survey is to hard!
Okay...I'll have to say my favorite vegetable is probably broccoli though I love most every veggie. Fruit? Nectarines or blueberries.
Are you a chocolate person?
I'm not a chocoholic if that is what you are asking, though I do like imported chocolate...especially a nice dark chocolate.
Beer, wine, or the hard stuff?
I'm a wino, I do like a nice gin or Irish whiskey now and again and beer is good with certain foods.
Favorite international cuisine?
Hmmm...Italian? Mexican?
Are there any foods you're a total picky elitist about?
Cheese and chocolate, maybe?
What is your guilty "omigod this is so bad for me" pleasure?
Salt! I love salty food!
Do you, in fact, truly love food?
I think I do, yes.
That's all for now I could do more, but it was getting kinda long ^_^
You need a question about ice cream! And soft serve doesn't count as ice cream.
As a side note, I hope we are still friends even though we may disagree about some things and that you don't mind that I still think of you as Gaylen.

Would be nowhere near as good as the premade béchamel if I did, though. *NM*
