I love food. So I'm going to make a survey about food.
This is a good thing.
What if your favorite type of food to eat? Not talking cuisine or specific dish here, but what general flavor/texture profile just makes you drool all over the table?
Seared Meat. Salty. Juicy. Peppered. GO MEAT!!!
What is your favorite cheese? Anyone who says "American" will be put out of their misery.
A medium to sharp cheddar. But I will tell you that American cheese melted on wheat bread is the BEST!
Do you eat any foods that are highly atypical of your region/culture? If so, give some examples.
Here in the southern U.S. Lebanon Bologna and Braunschweiger are not popular at all. I order them and have them shipped. I of course am the only one who will eat the stuff. My daughters and my girlfriend turn their noses up at it.
Do you ever eat something just because you have no idea what it is but totally want to find out? I'm not referring to food on the floor.
Yes. I will try anything once. This is how I know that I can't stand Indian (from India) food. F-Curry and those other spices.
What is your favorite cut/form/type of meat? Vegetarians, you can put your favorite protein source
A nice plump Sirloin. I like the texture and the chewiness. Ribeye and NY Strip come out either too dry or tender. I love to have to chew on my meat. Like a dog.
What is your favorite vegetable? Fruit?
Broccoli. Orange.
Are you a chocolate person?
Not that much. I enjoy a Mr. Goodbar and an ice cold Coca Cola once on occasion.
Beer, wine, or the hard stuff?
I have beer when I drink socially. Usually a Becks or Dos Equis. When I drink at home I drink Jack Daniels with a splash of coke.
Favorite international cuisine?
Polish Potato Soup
Are there any foods you're a total picky elitist about?
Yes. I will not eat a salad with rusty lettuce.
What is your guilty "omigod this is so bad for me" pleasure?
Double Pepperoni Pizza.
Do you, in fact, truly love food?
Yes. I work out 6 days a week to keep from becoming a fat fat fatty.
That's all for now I could do more, but it was getting kinda long ^_^
Have a nice night.

Would be nowhere near as good as the premade béchamel if I did, though. *NM*
