I love food. So I'm going to make a survey about food.
What if your favorite type of food to eat? Not talking cuisine or specific dish here, but what general flavor/texture profile just makes you drool all over the table?
I like spicy foods but I am not tied any certain type of food. Typically I like I don't eat a lot of food with heavy sauces because I don't like the taste of my food covered up. I eat a lot of fruit and nuts.
What is your favorite cheese? Anyone who says "American" will be put out of their misery.
The depends on what i am doing with it. I like most of them (yes even American)if they are not to over powering. Just to snack on I like pepper jack.
Do you eat any foods that are highly atypical of your region/culture? If so, give some examples.
I eat a fair amount of Tex/Mex so I would say yas.
Do you ever eat something just because you have no idea what it is but totally want to find out? I'm not referring to food on the floor.
That would be a long list. I think eating should be an adventure, sometimes a familiar one but sometimes exotic.
What is your favorite cut/form/type of meat? Vegetarians, you can put your favorite protein source
I like a good ribeye, I love crab legs and shrimp. Depends on the mood.
What is your favorite vegetable? Fruit?
I love oranges and tomatoes.
Are you a chocolate person?
I love chocolate but it isn't a cornerstone of my life.
Beer, wine, or the hard stuff?
yes thank you
Favorite international cuisine?
Chinese
Are there any foods you're a total picky elitist about?
nope
What is your guilty "omigod this is so bad for me" pleasure?
eggs cooked in bacon fat, with the bacon
Do you, in fact, truly love food?
one of the great pleasures in life
That's all for now I could do more, but it was getting kinda long ^_^
