I love food. So I'm going to make a survey about food.
What if your favorite type of food to eat? Not talking cuisine or specific dish here, but what general flavor/texture profile just makes you drool all over the table?
Buttery/Salty. You combine them and it's soooo yummy...like on a proper biscuit.
What is your favorite cheese? Anyone who says "American" will be put out of their misery.
I love cheese, super sharp cheddar cheese is great, as well as fontina, brie, farmers cheeses, gouda, and edam. Pretty much anything that isn't a blue cheese is fine actually.
Do you eat any foods that are highly atypical of your region/culture? If so, give some examples.
Meh, I don't know. I guess most people around here would think fish tacos are pretty odd.
Do you ever eat something just because you have no idea what it is but totally want to find out? I'm not referring to food on the floor.
Yes! I love trying new restaurants and foods that I've never had before.
What is your favorite cut/form/type of meat? Vegetarians, you can put your favorite protein source
I think I nice thick cut new york strip is about as good as it gets.
What is your favorite vegetable? Fruit?
Brocolli or asparagus, and peaches.
Are you a chocolate person?
I quite like dark chocolate, but I don't crave it, and very rarely touch it.
Beer, wine, or the hard stuff?
Beer and the hard stuff. I have troubles with wine, though I do cook with it from time to time.
Favorite international cuisine?
I like it all...if I had to pick a favorite I'd probably go with italian food.
Are there any foods you're a total picky elitist about?
I really can't think of anything that I'm super elitist about...sorry.
What is your guilty "omigod this is so bad for me" pleasure?
Chili cheese fries.
Do you, in fact, truly love food?
Way too much.
