have a serious, chronic mental illness, such as bipolar disorder,

or

have a serious, chronic physical illness, such as non-terminal cancer, cystic fibrosis, etc.?


Depression for A
Ankylosing Spondylitis for B

Sometimes it is really hard to get out of bed, due to the pain of B, combine with the emotional weight of A.
