there are doors for access, but no "offices" or "work rooms" or anything like that.
The ceilings are quite high, much higher than most people are tall.
I've never seen a poultry house with dividers of any sort
Feed/water apparatuses drop from the ceiling and hang at a proper level above the ground. They are not ON the ground to prevent fecal material or other contaminants from entering

The below link is of the typical lay out of a broiler chicken house (which is what I'm referring to). I'm not a huge fan of this house otherwise and to my knowledge it more resembles an older model of poultry house, but the set up of water/feed is the same
