I don't think he's a saint. I simply don't think that he's being unethical in this instance. If he stands to gain from his personal convictions, what's the problem with that?

Not being 14 any more, I've largely given up on "appearances of propriety" from politicians. I doubt the WoTmania archives would help you in searching either for my adoration of St. Gore or my vilification of Cheney. In fact, I can't recall a single time I've criticized Cheney for business dealings; my issues with his policies far outweighed my issues with his financial life.

And it's not a conflict of interest; it's putting your money where your mouth is. Go look for hypocrisy elsewhere.
