College makes it easier.

And if you work in some fields and only have some college, then you will have a harder time negotiating salary.

I worked as an environmental engineer for a while, I only had 18000 SEK(2653 USD)/month in salary before taxes( 30 % ), If I had finished my education I could have had 25000 SEK(3686 USD) in salary.

College in my experience is only to make salary negotiations easier.

Social skills and personal networks means a lot more than college in the work market today.
