You'll need her as hangin' judge at the Peoples Court, after all. ;) Anyway, Lafayette was a Marquis and seemed an OK radical. Don't be so reactionary; just because titles don't truly confer nobility doesn't mean they refute it. Beside which, all REAL liberals want to save the whales, so I don't know whom you're trying to kid. :|
Liberals, maybe. Revolutionaries have to take delicious meat where they can get it.

Are you implying there are NON-liberal revolutionaries, comrade?!!! Clearly, we let you out of the Gulag too soon; the perils of softhearted insurrection, I suppose. :disapprove:
Also also: Email me something, please. Facebook isn't evil enough for you, so until/unless I get your number or lure YOU to Skype I've no way to get in touch without email except to NB you here. You should really join our Skyping; right now I have more Swedish Skype contacts than Norwegian, and you don't want them subverting me, do you...? (8
NB works wonderfully, doesn't it? I check it almost every day! And Skype is almost as scary as Facebook with the exception of video chats with family, which is only marginally better than the having to fly home to visit. I will not be lured.

NB only works if I'm 1) here and 2) logged in here. Now, I'll grant that if the first is true the second likely will be, too, but the first shan't be much longer. Skype is completely innocuous, and allows free conference calls to people in every country. Which is to say, it's about the least expensive way you, Lene and I will be able to literally talk soon; visits are definitely better, but far pricier. Although she IS coming over for Christmas, and you and Tor are welcome in Texas any time.... :)

One downside to Skype conference: Webcams don't work in conference calls, only one on one. And, no, I didn't find that out with Lene; it was actually dart_board, but more than that I refuse to say/admit.... :<img class=' />
*ingests tea and appreciates the euro-culture cafe ambiance* ;)
It is a known fact that all European cafés are run by and for revolutionaries.

And not all revolutionaries ingest their "tea" by drinking it.... ;)
