WHO hopes to provide 100 poor countries with swine flu vaccine beginning in November. Several countries including USA have said they will set aside 10% of their supply for poor countries.

A Chinese court sentenced 6 Uyghur people to death on Monday following the riots between Han people and Uyghur people in the Xinjiang province in July.
Elinor Ostrom and Oliver Williamson receive the Nobel prize for economic sciences in the memory of Alfred Nobel. During the 40 year history of the prize no woman has ever received the prize until now. This year five women have received the Nobel prize. That’s more than any other year before. Discuss!
