What is this board about? I see silliness and journal entries made posts, and politics. Is there something missing on the community board?
I don't know if anything is especialy missing. But it seems to me that there is a clique of people who know each other and always respond to each other with respect. Then there are those who are not in on that group who are left out in the cold. Could just be my perception. Was that way back at Wotmania as well.
What makes up a community?
Tolerance, Respect, Kindness, Helpfullness.
How do we put some fire into this board?
Talk more about Life? I don't know. There are those who are passionate about politics, religion and other causes who post. You don't see a lot of people who go out of their way to post gerenal everyday stuff, probably because no one responds.
Are we separating the boards too much?
No. There is a nice balance.
Hmm.... I do enjoy the silliness! 
Silliness has a place. some of it seems to go unapreciated.
