You can zoom in once, but it's still blurry and small. I can make out the patent number, though: 4328991. Here's the URL:

In any case, the second designer listed in that picture is not Svein Gusrud, but Hans Mengshoel. A few promising results show up if you put Mengshoel into the U.S. Patent Office search at http://patft.uspto.gov/
