To be fair, his accuracy will probably improve as the season goes on - Edit 1

But I really didn't see much about him that impressed me. His scoring drive was an over thrown ball with a great catch followed by piss poor tackling. The Broncos have a lot of the things they need to be a really good team but they are still deficient in a lot of areas. There has been a fair amount of hype about both them and the Giants but neither team has played against a quality team who was playing well. They may be good but they have not proven it yet.

Not knocking them just making observations. The Cowboys have even more deficiencies with the biggest being their mistakes make it hard to enjoy watching them play.

The dude did have a bone sticking out of his throwing hand a couple weeks ago after all. When he was in Chicago he was fairly accurate, people just knocked him for not being a risk taker and not throwing deep a lot. So I think as his hand heals he should get better as far as the accuracy issue goes.

Oh, and to be fair, up until the 4th quarter it seemed more like the refs were trying to give the game to the Cowboys. Most of the bad calls balanced out though. The biggest one that hurt the Cowboys was on the play with the helmet to helmet roughing the passer call. By the rule it was the right call, but watching the replay....it wasn't a catch on the other end of the pass. The Broncs got a free 12 yards off that one.
