Finding actual Mexican food in Europe would be something else, but TexMex is easy. Whether it would be well done is a more subjective question, of course. The TexMex I've had in Europe wasn't substantially different from what I've had in the US, but of course if you tell me that only this or that particular restaurant does it the right way, then it gets more difficult.
I'm making gyros. I can't explain how much I miss American versions of, well, everything.
