If you are going to throw a BBQ, you need to include thick-cut peel-on, and absolutely NOT baked, properly salted French fries (chips to you European heathens) from Idaho russet potatoes (don't try and slip no sweet potato fries in there, that is SACRALIDGE). No matter your meat-n-fixins' choices, you can't have a good BBQ without great fries.
Oh, and yous hould include the best of all BBQ meat items, baby-back ribs…
As long as you got ribs and fries, nobody should care what else is there.
