Now let me qualify everything here...I am by no means a law expert (or even novice for that matter), Constitutional knowledge expert, or anything of that nature. The closest thing I got to law education is an A in my Business Law class when getting my MBA, and watching all the good episodes of Law & Order. So with that all being said....
Isn't there a difference between the topics within the Bill of Rights and the enumerated powers granted to the Feds and the States? That the BoR are aspects that the framers recognized as inherent to freedom? And then the enumerated powers were for order, protection, governance, and such?
