And that we accept "abnormal" behavior and bodily changes of all sorts without trying to fix people, unless we are worried about serious danger to self/others. Otherwise, we/doctors/society only get to have an opinion or a different method of treatment if the person feels this alternate self-identification is wrong/unhealthy for themselves.

There is a remarkable difference between someone's behavior (small or even large scale) and transgenderism. And there is an even bigger difference between body changes (such as piercings, tattoos, etc.) and transgenderism.
Again, everything people are describing is that their "alternate self-identification is wrong/unhealthy for them"....as if their own judgement on the situation can override the reality of the situation.
