On an unrelated but more than a little creepy note, I looked at a list of the biggest American export items on Wikipedia. At number 12 you get, and I kid you not, 'human and animal blood'.
And yeah, you're right, cars is number one, plus planes at 3, 'delivery trucks' at 11 and tractors at 30.
