This case doesn't really help the cause for them though. Since the officers appears to have actually broken a law and is being charged for the crime it does help to sell the lie that cops are allowed to kill blacks with impunity.
The officer should be charged but once again we have person dead because they could not follow simple instructions and made young inexperienced police officer think he was threatened when he wasn't. If your stupid ass tri3s to drive away with cop hanging on your door then stupid was contributing factor in you being dead.
