Sure it does: As a contraction "ya all" (as both spellings are often PRONOUNCED) either spelling can be valid. To the extent slang terms can make any claims of orthodoxy. Do you need links on this again? Debating the "official" spelling of "ya'll" is like debating Pi Days "official" date: Since neither has official standing neither definition does, but folks who acknowledge each accept one and/or the other of exactly TWO (no more, no less) forms.
Hence the NB, since one can never be sure who does/not want their birthday publicly mentioned.
