Those four are no doubt the most famous, but obviously we do need other food to get by as well.
Generally, our dishes are not that different from French food, minus its more notorious elements like frogs or snails - Belgians prefer mussels or grey shrimp. And yeah, fries and, perhaps more surprisingly, beer do feature in tons of classic Belgian recipes. It doesn't get much more Belgian than to eat, say, rabbit, or venison, in a sauce based on some dark beer and with fries, and then have a waffle for dessert (never, ever, as breakfast, though).
