The tactic of the left is to have the Department of Education use title IX to force schools to tar and feather anyone accused of sexual assault. Since it is not a court of law and all they are losing is the right to attend the school they have worked the whole life to get into you can avoid all those pesky rights of the accused and presumed innocence. If anyone complains just accuse them of attacking the victim and supporting rape. If a girl is founded to have lied about the assault, which happens in more cases then they like admit, then send her to counseling but of course by the guy has already been labeled a rapist and kicked out of school.
