View original postI have mentioned here that my husband Chuck was battling ALS. For those of you not on the Facebook, but who knew Chuck, I wanted to let you know that he passed away on Tuesday. He died peacefully, surrounded by people who loved him, listening to the music that positively defined him (The Beatles btw). I couldn't have planned this better had I had the opportunity.
View original postTo say I am heartbroken would be an understatement.
View original postServices will be held Monday and Tuesday to remember him.
View original postChuck was the best guy - despite everything. Take the 2004 Gathering for instance. I (might have) agreed to do that - and invited people to come stay with us, before I even talked to him. He totally took that in stride. He even might have had a bit of a good time...
View original postHe and I had our problems, and many of you knew about those - because this seemed like a safe place to talk to people about those things (looking back.. I'm not so sure..) but I never stopped loving him. He gave me two beautiful children. He loved me unconditionally. He smiled when others freaked out. He was an all around good guy.
