Was is a highly controlled form, issued by the state and requires proof of identity to receive while the other is not state controlled and issued by pimply faced students working to pay for tuition. I could get a school ID saying I was Barrack Obama if I tried. To get a gun carry permit you need to be a resident of the state while many students are not residents. The list goes on.

I know guns are scary and make liberals go head soft but the suggestion that student ID is somehow more valid than a carry permit is simply stupid and you should stop doing it.

The real problem is that the democrats stand no chance of winning unless they can pack the polls with uniformed and disinterested so any barrier not matter how reasonable or how easy surmountable is as one step from Jim Crow.
