there are many black people who go to school in NC at historically black colleges who cannot vote because their student photo ID is not valid, and their out of state driver's license is not valid either. the entire point of these laws is to discourage largely democratic voters from participating. your party is so out of ideas that they have to resort to blatantly rigging the game in their favor. if you see no problem with this, then i have to question how much of a student of history you really are. the majority of these laws were pushed through literally hours after the Supreme Court struck down the Voting Rights Act. you know, the Act of Congress which specifically addressed how states which traditionally discriminated against minorities had to clear their laws with the federal government before they were allowed to take effect? and you're going to pretend it's a coincidence that all of these states enacted purposely discriminatory laws the minute they were allowed to?
