Not 100% sure I want to buy that much work though.

I expect Ill be putting in a good day a week maintaining the property cutting grass, plowing snow, and chopping wood. The area I've chosen gets an average of just over 6 feet of snow a year and while the house has a new electric furnace it also has a great wood stove I'm excited to try to heat with so I'll have my work cut out for me.
