they need to create clean coal plants get rid of soot, mercury and other toxins spewing out of their power plants but carbon isn't a toxin and they don't need to clean that up to allow their people to breathe. China is nowhere near slowing their carbon output and have seen nothing to make me believe the intended to give the issue more than lip service for the foreseeable future. They are all for it when it amounts to an energy tax for the west but they are not willing let it hamper their economic growth and it they don't reduce their carbon footprint anything the US and Europe does will amount to nothing more the economy killing warm fuzzies for the some activist.
