View original postI mean if the whole word has agreed then we should expect to see changes happen right away. How much is China going to decrease their output by this decade?
Not because of global warming but because the smog is killing them, and doing more to antagonize their population than anything else.
That said, with China's growth numbers, progress for them would really just be to come close to stabilizing CO2 emissions, decreasing them is asking a lot.
The "settled science" of climate change continues to unravel.....
