Where does everyone work (feel free to say the industry/sector instead of actual place of employment)?

Chemical manufacturing. Going on 20 years with the same company.

What do you do there?

R&D Manager.

Do you think this is your career path for the rest of your working life? Or do you anticipate any changes?

Essentially yes. I plan to semi-retire sometime in the next 5 years but I'll still be south of 50 years old when that happens. I definitely want to take some significant time off after that, but I would consider a much less stressful job. I still love the creative side of chemistry, but I just don't want to be a boss anymore.
