If you want to go around selectively enforcing international agreements, fine. Just admit you're doing it, though. I am of the school that says that international law is a figment of the imagination, and great powers do what they want regardless. People on the Left think that international law should be binding in all circumstances. We share only one thing in common: the notion that selective enforcement of international law is ridiculous and hypocritical.
