You can look at where an athlete comes from to determine how to apportion Poland. Most of Poland's athletes come from the Russian Empire portion of Poland, which forms the heart of modern Poland.
Kamil Stoch (2 Gold, ski jumping) - Russian Empire (from Zakopane)
Justyna Kowalczyk (Gold, cross country) - Russian Empire (from Limanowa)
Zbigniew Brodka (Gold, speed skating) - Russian Empire (from Glowno)
The silver and bronze for the speed skating teams is harder and I'm not going to look up where each person came from, but the point is that the Russian Empire should not only get Finland, but also Poland's four gold medals at a minimum.
