After a few "test" apologies, this fool is now crying on air to try to save her job. Time to can this wingnut.

Why? Are you all that interested in protecting MSNBC? Let her stand on her record, instead of letting MSNBC flush her down the memory hole and replace her with someone who will say everything that Harris-Perry would on any given issue, but with a clean slate for a while.

For my money, the most obnoxious thing about her apology was the rationale for why she owed one. Sort out the victimology jargon, and she is saying "I am apologizing, because the only measure of a speaker's words is the opinion of those who claim to be offended by them." Letting her get away with that nonsense benefits the left a lot more, because they have the media-enshrined professional victims, and can use Harris-Perry's principle to shut up any political statement with which they disagree.
