Much like when everything with the Iraq invasion and all the fallout afterwards...people (even here) were screaming that President Bush had lied. A lie denotes intent to spread something that they know is untrue. For President Bush, I don't think that he knew it was a lie. Many different individuals, and governments around the world, thought that WMD's were there. It was faulty information, but at the time, they didn't know it. I don't consider it a lie.

As for President Obama and his statement on keeping your plan, if you liked it....was it a lie? I'm not sure. The Health Care law is so poorly written/constructed, I doubt that he knew much about the features of it beyond what someone had put in an executive summary for him. So sitting here right now, I'm not sure if he lied, or is just ignorant.
