I know, I'm as surprised as you are.

Ok, so this is a few years out of date but I stumbled upon it while watching Youtube videos and I found it interesting, most especially in how I achieved 59% of it through cutting spending, and 41% by raising taxes.

More programs cut than taxes raised? Are they gonna take away my liberal card?
