Sorry but that argument lacks anything even resembling support. They were exempt but it is an outpatient surgical procedure and now it isn't exempt.
I assume that at some point a court will rule on this and the fact that in some rural areas they can not find hospitals that will given them privileges will allow them to be exempt but that really doesn't change the fact that her entire performance and that of her supporters was to interfere with the governments ability to conduct business and the left think she is the second coming. It is OK to be hypocrite but the self denial is unhealthy.
