This board and the rest are dead enough. I fear without a handful of people it would be completely dead. And the powers that be refuse to do what needs to be done to resuscitate it - namely combine the boards into one or at least into two so that people interact with one another. One for media - books, games, tv shows, movies. And one for community. One would be better.

But how is it rude, or does it negatively affect anyone? If anyone feels like reading Joel's posts in old threads and maybe replying to them, what's wrong with that? Started to agree in the "improvement" Quick Poll, but (ironically) more criticisms after my many others begins to feel rude. But since you mention it....
