Stories about the divinity of Jesus are early - Paul's letters start c. AD 50, and presuppose Christian groups that already preach a resurrected Christ, and the gospels were probably all written by AD 90. Your analogy to Christians talking about Moses also ignores the fact that Jews and Christians use the same source material, while Muslims use the equivalent of the Book of Mormon, confusing Biblical stories and claiming that prophets separated by centuries were contemporaries.
