Blacks make up 16% of the population in Florida and committed over half the murders in 2011. I did notice that Hispanics were included among whites in that report and there are no prison population statics so it really only supports my argument that black commit more crime than the population in general while it does nothing to show the actual white crime rate or conviction rates. Hispanics also commit crimes at higher rates than whites do but are still included as white in many studies. One must wonder if that false increase in white crimes is accidental.

There likely is some truth to the fact that many people of all races are quicker to assume blacks committed a violent crime seeing as they 7 times more likely to. 16% percent also happens to be same percentage of people with blue eyes. If blue eyed people committed over the half the murders in this country then people would naturally tend to be more suspicious of people with blue eyes.

To make is worse most of the murders were committed by the even smaller group of black males. So we basically have 8% of the population committing half the murders and close half the violent crime. That is much to large of a number to explain off with police and court bias.
