Good god, yes, this is the thing that annoys me about this story. This is especially striking when compared to the media blitz four or five weeks ago when apparently network execs apparently made an opposite decision that saying "pussy" on the air was acceptable when describing the incarceration of members of Pussy Riot. Context is everything. Just as it was obviously reasonable then, the inability to say the word now is foolish.
So what exactly is Racist, anyway?
