The thinly veiled racism ("he has never had to work for a living," eh? Whoa) and insanity plays a part, but mostly it's just poorly written rambling with no real coherence between ideas. It's honestly on par with or actually worse than most of what Joel puts out on this site.

After all, considering where he said the source of it would be (urban youth without work), it isn't too hard to connect the dots there
