Congress IS required BY LAW (specifically the budget control act of 1974, among others)to pass a budget. THere just is no punishment for violating the law.
I doubt I have watched 5 minutes of FOX news in the last 2 years (not counting election coverage when I was rotating among the big 3 to see what each was saying). In fact. most of my mainstream news comes from the MSNBC website, as it links from the MSN homepage that I use at work.
Why not try asking someone sometime BEFORE you start making assumptions and tossing accusations. My governing principle is logic, the law, and a can/should evaluation.
