Maybe he who smelt it dealt it. - Edit 2

Funnily enough, it was an Israel-Palestine Conflict thread. I disagreed with one guy wanting to either kill or exile all the jews (unfortunately there is alot of people with extreme views in that forum) and give all the land to palestinians, so he accused me of working for Israeli government and if I remember correctly Mossad too. For you see, I'm a secret agent!

It is becoming a corollary to Godwins Law: When losing an argument, compare your opponent to Hitler; if that fails, accuse him of being a sock puppet and/or government agent. Maybe you should point out that a Mossad agent would be feeding him his entrails and mocking his inability to digest them.

The thing is, I TOTALLY would not put it past rogue government agents or even an official agency op to stalk you, me or anyone IF IT WAS WORTH THEIR TIME.

The internet is a mixed blessing for them; it is far easier to passively monitor traffic, set filters, red flags, etc., but there is also FAR more traffic to monitor. Ninety percent is nobodys screwing around online, an annoying distraction from an intelligence agents ACTUAL concerns. Even if a conspiracy theorist got everything right it would threaten no one absent significant proof, so "silencing" him would be more like "spotlighting" him. Unless you actually DO have a Roswell alien in your freezer, or a signed confession from the gunman on the Grassy Knoll, if you are "silenced" it will be because someone was TIRED, rather than frightened, of your yapping.
